Do I need an account to adopt?
No. Browsing the animals and shelters, and contacting a shelter, don't need an account.
How do I adopt an animal?
Contact its shelter, with the details on the shelter's page. The shelter tells you its process, and the adoption is agreed directly with it: Escull.me isn't part of it.
Does Escull.me sell animals?
No, and it can't be used to sell them. Shelters may ask for their usual adoption fee, which you agree on with them.
How does a shelter join?
Create an account and then your shelter, in Settings → Help. We verify it before it goes public. The steps are in How it works.
I've seen something wrong on a page. What do I do?
Write to us at contact@escull.me telling us which page it is, and we'll review it. Each shelter is responsible for what it publishes.
How do I delete my account?
In Settings → Profile → Delete account. If you're your shelter's only owner, it's removed from Escull.me too.
